Episode 2
Thursday, 19 February, 2026

Nerdcore rapper Drew Jackson on JJK Season 3, Avatar the Last Airbender and His Viral “Jabber” Track | Zuba Podcast (2026 Ep. 1) The first official 2026 episode of the Zuba Podcast features nerdcore rapper Drew Jackson. He talks with podcast host Obi about: Anime and geek culture, including Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 (its creative opening, anticipation for Yuta’s showdown with Yuji, and questions about Gojo) The end of My Hero Academia ending after a decade, One Piece’s longevity, and how MHA compares to The Boys and Gen V. Solo Leveling and Lord of Mysteries The conversation highlights nerdcore’s growth, noting Mega Ran’s Grammy nomination and the CG5- Mega Ran Arizona connection ties, plus anime gaining wider recognition. Drew runs down his all-time favorite anime series (one of them may be a bit controversial for purists), reviews the Netflix Avatar series (including Appa), and shares his definition of anime (including The Boondocks). Drew recounts his nerdcore origin story that started in 2022 with a song about Static Shock—and of course he dives into the making of his banger, “Jabber.” You can follow Drew Jackson on all the socials at: @DrewJackson100 AND check him out on any streaming musix platform by searching for “Drew Jackson” or his hit single “Jabber’.”
