Mike is the founder of the Boston Bulldogs, a running club for people in recovery who have been affected by addiction. In the 6th edition of the Après-Hour podcast, he explains how he found his purpose by creating a community to truly help the recovering addicts he was running with. He found in running what many can’t find when suffering from addiction: a way to define himself, a supporting community, as well as new goals to set.
