Welcome to the Unlikely fit Girls Podcast! Hello! We are Lindsay and Lisa! We are two friends who love to do active things...and who also don't "look" like traditional fit girls. This podcast is all about how we navigate the fitness and health world in bodies that society tells us aren't supposed to be in that world. We love yoga, running, paddleboarding, snowbaording, mountain biking and so much more and we can't wait to share our adventures with you!
