#71 - Lukas Sulaj Kloppenborg. The Danish-Albanian cyclist champion.

Lukas Sulaj Kloppenborg is the 2023 Albanian national champion in cycling. He is 21 years old and lives in Holbæk, a small town 1 hour away from the capital, Copenhagen. Lukas's mother is Albanian and he has a strong connection to the country. That is why he recently got his Albanian passport and represented it in both the Albanian Tour and the National Champtionship, which he won this year. He will be wearing the read and black Albanian uniform representing the country for the rest of the year in all his appearenced. He likes the weather and the terrein in Albania, where he trains regularly together with other cyclists from "The cyclist home" cycling club in Tirana (home of Tirana Cycling club) as well as a couple of amatour Danish cyclists, who have chosen to train in Albania due to the conditions (mainly the uphill training due to it's absence in Denmark, where it's flat). Lukas talks about his experience of the 2023 Albanian Tour (the 3rd oldest cycling tour in Europse after Tour de France and Giro d'Italia) as well as his special connection to Albania and the sport of cycling.
