We can not control what is happening externally to us, how long the lockdown will last, what people are or aren’t doing. And don’t get me started on the news! Yet, I know for myself, if I focus too much on what is happening externally I can end up going in a downward spiral. So in this week’s podcast, I’m chatting about how I am managing my mindset during this lockdown as we enter into week 8. How I’m focusing on my internal state & what I can do, as this is what’s helping me show up the best I can for myself & my little family daily.
