This week we explore Where Did the Sunshine Go, a long-lost psychedelic and garage rock recording by The Glass Cage. Originally recorded in 1968, the songs sat unheard for decades, surviving only on rare acetates until their recent rediscovery and reissue in 2026. Featuring raw fuzz guitar, cool vocal harmonies, and the vibrant energy of a band at the height of the late ’60s psychedelic wave, Where Did the Sunshine Go is both a snapshot of its time and a thrilling listen for modern psych and garage enthusiasts.
