Widow’s Bay is Apple TV’s new comedy-horror series from Katie Dippold, with Hiro Murai directing the opening stretch and Matthew Rhys starring as Tom Loftis, the skeptical mayor of a cursed New England island trying to drag his town into the 21st century.
