S8E3 went live from the new studio in Sedgefield on 16 Jan 2025 at 19h00. Things have settled since the last episode where I had just moved 1000 miles to my new home and my life was in boxes. This week I was able to stay awake and give you a show with all the usual features except The Diabolical Challenge. The new feature, which is the theme for the show ads for Season 8, is This Week in Rock and Metal. We checked out the nirvana on SNL incident, the release of led Zep 1 and Van Halen’s 1984, and the end of the Sex Pistols. We had Don Babylon in The Immrtals slot with ‘Ow My Tiny Heart’. The Evolution of Judas Priest reached a high point with the release of Screaming for Vengeance.
