Who's ready to shake off some fear and relive the days where you weren't afraid of what unseen thing could be lurking around every corner?  If you are reading this, then you've lived through the COVID-19 pandemic (cases do not equal a pandemic, but deaths do, which mean we are no longer in a pandemic since the updated CDC numbers as of August 22, 2020 - CDC updated covid deaths. Get ready for some supernatural insight into fear and get ready to relive the days of freedom again!   Love and Light, Michelle A few notes from my podcast: Fear Characteristics – The brain doesn't know the difference between real fear and perceived fear.  It obeys what you feed it.  You are the master. Taste Feeling – stomach, tension, heart, paralyzing. Seeing things that aren't there. Stagnancy Depression Separates you from God (Adam in the garden) Isolation Faith Characteristics Mouth is watery. Feeling – joy, energy, optimism Build things, growth See possibilities Connection How to walk out of fear: Ignore the voices and do what you are afraid of. Reach out to your friends and family – connection You have to change your physical state before you change your mental state. Your mental state will take your orders and realize you aren't in a fight or flight place anymore and that you are indeed going to be ok.  You are safe.
