Deep Blue Freedom was created to share the passion for scuba diving and to raise awareness of the benefits it offers those with disabilities. Through scuba diving, those with disabilities can experience increased freedom, independence and confidence that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to achieve otherwise. Throughout the various episodes of Deep Blue Freedom, we hear from adaptive divers of all levels and their instructors as they share their unique experiences, recount stories of real dives, overcome challenges and celebrate their triumphs. We dive deep to discover what skills, techniques and adaptations are available to enrich the experience for divers with disabilities.
