I tried all the diets, exercised until my body would give out and spent more money than I want to admit on the next best diet. I finally saw the light when I started focusing on the right things. Food as nutrition, exercise as medicine and a deeper relationship with Jesus that changed my opinion of who I am & what I look like. I have been able to find a healthy lifestyle that works for me. But biblical stewardship was never meant to look like punishment or perfection. It was meant to look like faithfulness. In this episode, we’re talking about what it truly means to steward your health in a way that honors God, supports your energy, and releases you from the pressure to “have it all together.” Because caring for your body isn’t about vanity—it’s about walking faithfully with what you’ve been given.
