Enjie shares her experiences surrounding challenges while serving in the military, learning to find the right balance between performance and wellbeing, the journey of transitioning out of active duty, finding a new mindset around movement, and so much more. Enjely "Enjie" Mora is the owner and founder of Enriched Mind Nutrition Services. As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Sports Nutritionist, she brings her unique experience of serving in the United States Marine Corps while learning to balance fueling her body for optimal performance and a healthy relationship with food in challenging circumstances. This journey led her to build a strong connection between food, body, and exercise, and help others navigate their own paths to enhanced performance and well-being.
